2017 : What's up September?
I just can't believe it's September already. September always feel like a beginning of the end of the year, quite scary how time just flies. Hope you all have a great one! Here's few things that sum up my September :
1. Season 7 of Game of Thrones is finally over and I just can't get over it. It's sooo good! Can't believe we have to wait another year for that season finale.
2. Ansel Elgort and Violetta Komyshan is the definition of my Instagram #CoupleGoals.
3. Happy 10th anniversary to my favorite TV show back in highschool : Gossip Girl. Thank you for bringing me my all-time favorite OTP : Chuck and Blair.
4. My brother told me to watch Kevin Hart's Stand up Comedy.. and glad I did. I had a good laugh that night.
5. Can't stop using my Freeman Clay Mask (Mint + Lemon). Leave my skin supple and clean.
6. I've been a Swifties throughout highschool. Sadly, I can't decide if I like her new single this time.
7. One Simple Change by Winnie Abramson. A great book if you want to start a healthy and better life.
Lil Ramble About Changes.
Change is inevitable, whether it's a big jaw-droppingly drastic changes or the little things that we don't even notice that much. Some see changes as a sign of growth and embrace it with both hands open. But for others changes can be quite scary... and stressful. Big changes happen to me too as I slowly enter my early quarter life period. New city, new environment and new people. Did you know how I feel? I felt like life just gave me a high kick and threw me out of my comfort zone. Yep, exactly like that.
In that time, I was down. I was hoping wishing that I could get my old life back. But after quite some time, I slowly saw how much experiences and life-lessons that I take during that time of change. These changes for sure have made me a much wiser and better person. If these changes didn't happen, I probably didn't know how to live alone or ride a motorbike or learn how to cook, I probably be a much less knowledgeable person than what I am now. I start to see changes in different light.
Just like bad days, changes are also something that you can't avoid or run away from, but that's a good thing! Because it will open up new doors for you; full of opportunity, growth and experiences. Taking that few first step of change is not easy. Figuring out where things would lead you to is frustrating sometimes. But just remember this : It is sooo much better than being in the same place and stop evolving.
Trust in the process and look forward to where the magic of change would take you ♡
